Mr. Aung Phyo Min serves as the Chief Commercial Officer of Real Growth Energy Co., Ltd., with a multidisciplinary background in petroleum engineering, business management, energy operations, investment, procurement, supply chain management, and business development.

Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering and an MBA, Mr. Aung Phyo Min has gained extensive experience across various business functions, including oil and gas exploration planning and operations, investment and strategic decision-making, procurement, joint venture investments, supply chain management, and the development of new business initiatives.

As CCO, Mr. Aung Phyo Min is responsible for leading the company’s commercial strategy, business development, strategic partnerships, investment opportunities, and sustainable growth, while leveraging a deep understanding of both technical operations and business management.

With a broad cross-functional perspective and experience working with investment committees, joint venture partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, Mr. Aung Phyo Min focuses on creating long-term commercial value, strengthening strategic relationships, and transforming business opportunities into sustainable results.
