Mr. Win Myint serves as the Chief Engineer of the Engineering Department at Real Growth Energy Co., Ltd., bringing decades of extensive technical leadership, gas engineering operations, and heavy-industrial project management across Myanmar’s premier state energy authorities and private energy sectors. Holding a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from YIT Myanmar, a Master of Science in Gas Engineering and Management from the University of Salford, UK, and specialized post-graduate qualifications from Oxford, Singapore, and Indonesia, he possesses advanced expertise in pipeline infrastructure, pressure vessel design, and international hydrocarbon compliance.

Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Win Myint has directed critical engineering functions—progressing from marine engineering and superintendent roles to serving as General Manager of Pipelines and Director of Engineering at national oil and gas enterprises, followed by executive engineering leadership positions across prominent private energy and trading conglomerates. As Chief Engineer, he leads RGE’s technical and operational divisions, driving engineering excellence, safety compliance, and robust infrastructure solutions across the company's energy, industrial, and environmental portfolios.
