Mr. Yan Lin Aung is a Business Entrepreneur with over 20 years of extensive professional experience across the Energy, Industrial, Trading, Engineering, and Environmental sectors.

Mr. Yan Lin Aung holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) degree from Yangon Technological University and a Master’s Degree in Engineering from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore.

He began his professional career in 2001 as a Sales Engineer in the Electrical and Energy sectors. Throughout his career journey, he has applied his engineering knowledge and industry expertise to support various procurement, construction, and development projects involving government ministries, organizations, and private sector clients.

He has gained extensive experience in Engineering Procurement, Tender Management, Contract Management, and Project Management, leading technical solutions, project execution, and commercial operations.

Leveraging his professional experience and industry knowledge, Mr. Yan Lin Aung has successfully identified business opportunities and established strategic partnerships to develop and expand business operations across various sectors.

With more than two decades of experience in Engineering, Business Development, Project Management, and Industrial Solutions, he founded Real Growth Engineering Co., Ltd. (RGE) in 2023.

RGE focuses on Trading, Engineering Solutions, and Environmental Services, with the vision of becoming a trusted Integrated Solutions Provider that delivers reliable products, professional engineering services, and sustainable solutions to meet customers’ business requirements.

With his strong technical background, business leadership experience, and deep understanding of industrial sectors, Mr. Yan Lin Aung continues to lead RGE in providing high-quality products, professional engineering solutions, and sustainable value-added services to customers and partners.
