ESG Strategy & Materiality Framework

Integrating environmental stewardship, operational safety, and international compliance governance across Real Growth Energy’s core industrial divisions.

Strategic Overview:
Sustainable Supply Chains & Environmental Solutions

At Real Growth Energy (RGE), our long-term commercial strategy is intrinsically linked to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles. As an integrated corporate entity uniting three specialized operational divisions—Energy Products Supply, Steel & Commodities, and Water & Wastewater Solutions (Green notch)—RGE recognizes its role in advancing regional decarbonization, industrial water circularity, and ethical trade infrastructure.

Rather than viewing compliance as a passive constraint, RGE embeds ESG criteria into every phase of our group operations—from selecting API/ISO-certified equipment manufacturers and managing chemical supply logistics to deploying zero-discharge wastewater treatment plants (WWTP).

The Three Pillars of RGE’s ESG Framework

Environmental Stewardship (E)

  • Cleaner Energy Transition: Securing reliable Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) and low-sulfur energy product supply chains to support regional power generation in transitioning away from high-carbon heavy fuels.
  • Circular Water Economy: Delivering turnkey wastewater treatment, recycling, and biological treatment systems (via our Green notch environmental portfolio) across commercial, healthcare, and industrial clients to eliminate untreated discharge.
  • Safe Chemical & Material Logistics: Enforcing strict spill-prevention, material safety, and containment protocols across all petrochemical, polymer, and specialized industrial chemical supply operations.

Social Responsibility & Workforce Wellbeing (S)

  • Occupational Health & Safety (HSE): Implementing comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environment standards across group workshop facilities, engineering survey teams, and field construction sites.
  • Public Health Infrastructure: Prioritizing specialized effluent treatment for hospitals and municipal developments to protect local ecosystems and surrounding communities.
  • Technical Talent Development: Investing in local engineering capabilities, certified M&E design expertise, and specialized after-sales operation and maintenance (O&M) teams.

Corporate Governance & Integrity (G)

  • Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC): Enforcing a zero-tolerance policy against corruption, aligned with FCPA, UK Bribery Act, and ISO 37001 principles.
  • Sanctions & KYP Due Diligence: Performing strict Know Your Partner (KYP) and Know Your Customer (KYC) screening on all counterparties, financial channels, and logistics partners.
  • Transparent Procurement: Maintaining full traceability and API/ISO certification verification across all imported steel, piping, wellhead, and mechanical equipment lines.

Materiality Assessment Matrix (Year 1 Baseline)

To ensure our strategy addresses the most impactful risks and opportunities across our three business lines, RGE conducts regular materiality evaluations. Our 2026–2027 Materiality Matrix categorizes core priority areas across business impact and stakeholder importance:

Focus Domain
Key Material Topic
Group Operational Scope & Action Plan

Energy Transition

Carbon Reduction Support

Expanding LNG import and distribution logistics to provide low-carbon fuel alternatives for power and industrial facilities.

Water Protection

Effluent Quality & Recycling

Deploying high-efficiency MBBR, MBR, and electrocoagulation technologies via the Green notch division to ensure 100% compliance with national discharge limits.

Trade Governance

Sanctions & ABC Compliance

Mandatory screening of all trading contracts, equipment procurement, and supply agreements through international compliance tools.

Resource Safety

Spill & Spillways Management

Standardized handling and secondary containment for drilling additives, polymers, and industrial chemicals.

Workforce Safety

HSE Standards & DLP

Mandatory safety gear, site risk assessments, and 24/7 technical field support under DLP contracts.

Inaugural Reporting & Continuous Implementation Roadmap

Notice of Ongoing Baseline Execution (2026–2027 Fiscal Year)
As Real Growth Energy expands its cross-border energy trading, steel supply, and environmental infrastructure activities, we are currently executing our inaugural 2026–2027 ESG Baseline Assessment. This program collects operational carbon metrics, water recycling volumes, and compliance auditing records across our three active divisions.
RGE’s Inaugural ESG & Operational Progress Report is scheduled for publication in Q1 2027.
